The purpose of data processing: Participation in the present recruitment process as well as future recruitment processes

Legal basis: Providing one’s personal data is voluntary, but required in order for the recruitment process to be conducted, and failure to provide it will preclude the person’s participation in the recruitment

The collected data will be stored for: Throughout the period necessary for the needs of the present recruitment process and for 1 year following the completion of the present recruitment process for the needs of future recruitment processes. No data provided by you will be shared with other parties. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to withdraw your consent to the processing. You are entitled to file a complaint to the supervisory body - President of the Personal Data Protection Office, should you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on personal data protection of 27 April 2016.

Providing one’s personal data is voluntary; however, if you wish to submit your resume, cover letter, or any other type of application document containing personal data, it is obligatory to include the following clause: “I hereby give consent for my personal data to be processed for the purposes of the present and future recruitment processes conducted by Amplus Sp. z o.o.”

Under the Personal Data Protection Act, we cannot use applications that do not include the aforementioned statement.

In cases where a candidate does not give consent for their personal data to be processed for the purposes of future recruitment processes, their application is deleted as soon as the recruitment process has been completed
